PSP theme Organ for 5.00 (CTF)

I know there are lots already but one of our fellow member ask me to convert the original organ theme for 5.00, i tried my best making it look the same as the original version but there are few things that need to be altered(added), the psn icon for example. i kinda fixed the blurry volume bar icon(it was kinda messy when i first tried organ for 3.52, i don't know if the original creator fixed it already back then)...
